The following is information about your coverage and a step-by-step guide for filing a claim. Please note that your Claims Administrator is ARMIS and you may contact them directly at 1-855-275-2875. No claims will be paid without prior authorization from ARMIS.

No! No matter how many claims you file, your rate will never increase.
The service provider must contact ARMIS, determine if the repair is covered, and receive authroization from ARMIS and you to move forward.

Anytime that you're in need of a repair in the home after the completion of the waiting period, you're welcome to file a claim.
Refer to your contract's coverage section for eligible equipment and systems. See contract for more details and requirements in the event of a claim.
This is paid to the service provider by you when they come out to diagnose the problem.
Once the work has been completed, ARMIS will pay the service provider directly over the phone with a credit card. You will be responsible for your deductible, plus any non-covered charges.
