Yes, as long as they are licensed. We can also recommend a technician from our network of experts.

No, not necessary. There is just a 20-day waiting between the time you purchase your plan and the time you can submit your first claim.

If our expert technicians are unable to repair the appliance or system, we will replace it with a new model of like-kind and quantity.

We offer very competitive plan limits: $3,000 on systems and $2,000 on appliances, up to $10,000, annually.

Payment & Costs Questions

No. You are locked into the initial price for as long as you keep your plan. No need to worry about the cost of your plan increasing each year.

You pay a $65 deductible when you submit a service request. Then, we take care of the rest—labor, parts, repairs and replacements up to the limit of liability. Please see your contract for coverage details.

Yes. If the ownership changes during the term of the contract, please contact our customer service to have contract transferred to the new owner.
